WARRANTY

All of our trimmers are unconditionally guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. SE-50 routers are guaranteed for 90 days from date of purchase. If there is any flaw in workmanship or material detected during this time, we will promptly repair or replace the tool at no charge, providing this defect is not the result of mishandling or abuse. All Diatrim diamond blades are guaranteed against diamond peeling off of blades and will be replaced free of charge when returned to the distributor or to DIATRIM TOOLS LTD..

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms: 2% / 10 days or Net / 30 days. All products delivered remain the property of DIATRIM TOOLS LTD. until fully paid. Fees of 1 1/2% monthly (18% yearly) will be charged on all past due accounts. Returns must be pre-authorized and may be subject to restocking charges. No returns on customized special tools. Any claim regarding shipment or invoices must be made within 10 days of reception. Prices subject to change without notice. Freight will be prepaid for shipments over $500 and on back orders.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

DIATRIM TOOLS LTD. now offers next day delivery, in major cities in the U.S. and Canada, on standard stock items. Orders must be placed before 2:00 pm. (Eastern). Freight will be prepaid for orders of $500. or more; a minimum charge will be added to the invoice for smaller orders. Shipment will be delivered by a major courier offering "next day service"; DIATRIM TOOLS LTD. is not responsible if courier fails to fulfill its commitment.
