This unique 4" diamond disc sander allows the operator to grind/sand a flat fiberglass part and pick up over 95% of the dust created when attached to a portable or stationary dust extraction system. Our 4" cutter disc part# 75-DS4 is coated with a coarse 30/35 diamond grit. This aggressive cutter will make short work of any sanding problem. Cutter depth can be adjusted from 0" to 1/8". Cutter 75-DS4 sold separately.

The Diatrim flange trimmer has been designed to trim flanges at production speed using our popular heavy duty air motor. Our adjustable nylon guide base can be set to various flange widths. Our three spindle saw sizes will trim flanges up to 4" wide.

All spindle saw diameters are 3 ½"

Our diamond planing tool has an adjustable face plate which allows operator to plane (grind) an area 2 ¼" wide from 1/32" to 1/8" deep, in a single pass in reinforced plastics/composite. Unit comes equipped with a standard dust extractor guard with 1 ½" diameter dust pipe.
